The UMCA and the BUILD Program will welcome the President of Driva Solutions and author of “The Best Service is NO Service”, Bill Price. Mr. Price was the first VP of Global Customer Service at Amazon.com. Before Amazon.com, Bill started out working for McKinsey & Company in San Fransisco and Stockholm. Bill later worked as a VP at MCI.
