The Undergraduate Management Consulting Association (UMCA) is a dynamic and motivated student organization committed to bringing students, faculty and professionals together in a format that fosters education, professional interaction and development. As a professional student organization, the UMCA will promote the business school as a top source of undergraduate management consultants and investment bankers.

• Expose talented students to management consulting and investment banking as a career opportunity
• Encourage students to take a proactive role in seeking out educational challenges and opportunities
• Prepare students to compete in national undergraduate case competitions
• Link the educational and professional communities to refine the student’s curriculum
• Align a student's education with what professional firms desire in undergraduate candidates
• Generating the financial support for current operations, new projects and capital improvements that allows us to meet our goals
• Encourage alumni to remain involved with and support the school after graduation
• Support the University of Washington Business School and improve the national reputation
• Promote the Pacific Northwest as being at the leading edge of both education and commerce
