About the Career Fair
The Undergraduate Management Consulting Association (UMCA) invites you to join us for the
annual University of Washington Business Career Fair held on Tuesday, October 14th, 2008,
from 2PM-6PM. This occasion will be a terrific opportunity to interact with and educate
students about future career paths within your company.
The event will be advertised campus-wide and open to all University of Washington students.
In previous years, the Business Career Fair has been very successful for both students and employers.
Students value this event and will benefit greatly from your participation. This year's
event will again include the opportunity for your company to reserve a presentation time
in a separate seminar room. The firm's names and individual presentation times will be
advertised along with the Career Fair event. We encourage you to take advantage of this
presentation forum to give interested students in-depth information about your company.
(Please note that we cannot guarantee the amount of student representation at the presentation.)
Costs
- Registration Fee - $470
(includes booth with electricity, backdrop, sign with your company name, and GES Shipping)

We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Payment must be received before the Career Fair. A late-fee charge of $100 will apply to companies
whose payment is not received by September 18, 2008, which is prior to the Career Fair.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made before Tuesday, September 18, 2008. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after September 18th.
Late Payments
If payment is not received by September 18, 2008, please include a late-payment fee of $100. Late-payment fees will be strictly enforced.
If you registered AFTER September 18, 2008, for payment deadlines please contact us as soon as possible.
