GES is a shipping service designed to make transporting your promotional materials easier. The fee to use GES is included in your registration fee.

You must send your materials to GES at the address below. Make sure to include your company name and date of the fair on your materials to avoid confusion.

Materials must be received by October 10, 2008.
No other shipping vendors may be used.

You may choose to bring your own materials on the day of the Career Fair. You are responsible for transporting all items from the parking lot to your booth.

The UMCA and University of Washington will not handle any shipping inquiries.
